All you need to worry about is that the area is cleared of any objects tools, toys etc. We provide all the equipment and hard ware.

All JUMPARIFFIC CASTLES come with sun and shade covers to protect users from the sun and rain.

Living in Victoria is very hard to determine the weather forecast, so cancelation can be made before the day of the event or very early in the morning before we arrive at your booking destination. We do not have a cancellation fee.

JUMPARIFFIC CASTLES can go on any surface like grass, dirt, concrete, paving or asphalt as long as the area is flat. If the hired castle is on a surface that does not allow for pegs to be used e.g. asphalt, concrete, paving. You would need to inform us of that as we need to prepare and prevent delays occurring.

If the damage is considered to be malicious then you will be liable for the full cost of repairs, transport costs associated with the repairs and the loss of business costs while the castle is repaired. We keep a record of the condition of our castles and would advise you to check the jumping castle before the delivery person leaves, and note any issues.

JUMPARIFFIC CASTLES are very strict when it comes to any type of food or drinks, sharp object and poppers or streamers etc entering the castle. They MUST be kept away from the castle at all times. If there is a damage caused of such things mentioned above and other, then it is considered, malicious damage which you will be liable for the full cost of repairs and transport including loss of business costs during the repair period.

Payment can be made in full by cash on the day of your booking; prior to set up.

Yes, as long as there is power provided and the hirer will be fully responsible of looking after the castle during the booking time. Ensure you check for permits and rights with Councils and authorities.

JUMPARIFFIC CASTLE staff will take approximately about 15min-25min to set up and when finished, dismantle.
