Once you have chosen a preferred jumping castle for your occasion

Cash (preferred) – Payment needs to be made on the day, prior to set up.

Direct deposit – Payment needs to be cleared into our account prior to your event date

All Jumpariffic Jumping Castles come with sun and shade covers to protect users from the sun and rain. Living in Victoria is very hard to determine the weather forecast, so a cancellation can be made before the day of the event or very early in the morning before we arrive at your booking destination. We do not have a cancellation fee.

Jumpariffic Jumping Castles do hire overnight and can be arranged when you make the booking, for prices check when making the booking.

If Jumping  Castle is available then yes you can, public holiday surcharge will apply.

Jumpariffic Jumping Castles staff will take approximately about 15 minutes – 25 minutes to set up and pack up. This may take longer on some circumstances.

Jumpariffic Jumping Castles can go on any surface, like grass, dirt, concrete, paving or asphalt as long as the area is flat. If the hired  jumping castle is on a surface that does not allow for pegs to be used e.g. asphalt, concrete, paving. You would need to inform us of that as we need to prepare and prevent delays.

If the jumping castle gets damaged then you will be liable for the full cost of repairs, transport costs associated with the repairs  and the loss of business while the  jumping  castle is repaired. We keep a record of the condition of our jumping castles and would advise you to check the jumping castle before the delivery person leaves and note any issues.

JumparifficJumping Castles are very strict when it comes to any type of food or drinks, sharp object and poppers or streamers etc, entering the jumping castle. They must be kept away from the jumping castle at all times. If there is damage caused of such things mentioned above and other, then it is considered malicious damage which you will be liable for the full cost of repairs and transport including loss of business during the repair period.
